Jinse Finance reported on May 5 that Aptos announced on the X platform that the on-chain stablecoin market size on Aptos has surpassed $1.9 billion, hitting a record high. Aptos stated that in the first half of 2025, the on-chain stablecoin market capitalization on Aptos increased from approximately $649 million to over $1.2 billion, representing a growth of 86%, with monthly active users remaining above 10 million. In the first half of 2026, the market capitalization of on-chain stablecoins on Aptos continued to grow and exceeded $1.9 billion, while weekly transaction fee burn reached a six-month high, with 47,000 APT burned in a single week.
