Golden Ten Data reported on May 7 that, according to Iran’s Mehr News Agency, an Iranian oil tanker that regularly transports liquefied petroleum gas to Yemen successfully broke through the US blockade and entered the Strait of Hormuz on that day. In addition, another Iranian oil tanker has also entered the Strait of Hormuz. The report stated that the arrival of empty oil tankers has secured more time for Iran’s oil storage and production.
