Golden Ten Data, May 7th|German auto parts supplier Continental Group has reached an agreement with labor representatives on a cost-cutting plan, which involves reducing about 1,600 positions in its rubber and plastics division. According to the statement, Continental Group will launch a voluntary departure plan on Friday, offering eligible employees in the ContiTech business unit the option to leave under agreed conditions.
