Ethereum Foundation updates on Glamsterdam and Hegotá technical progress

The Ethereum Foundation has released a technical progress update on the Glamsterdam upgrade. Multiple client teams are collaborating on ePBS, BAL optimization, and the EIP-8037 repricing mechanism, reaching consensus on a "trusted path." Regarding the Hegotá scaling direction, the FOCIL prototype is now operational, the scope for account abstraction requirements has been defined, and the next phase will enter multi-client testnet validation. The current focus is on the implementation of Glamsterdam and the advancement of Hegotá scaling design. The testnet has been running continuously, and features such as FOCIL will be further developed in subsequent testing.
