The execution date for the business transfer is tentatively set for November 2, 2026, and may be adjusted depending on the time required for related procedures. It is reported that Panasonic Industrial Devices is a business unit under Panasonic Group, mainly engaged in components business. It provides electronic components and materials for a wide range of fields, including automotive, information and communications, as well as industrial sectors. As part of the company's strategic transformation toward “materials and processing business,” it has decided to transfer the aforementioned business to MinebeaMitsumi.
