```htmlGolden Ten Data, May 12|Japanese company Nidec is suspected of having quality violations in electric motor components and other areas. The alleged violations may exceed 1,000 cases, including design changes and falsification of inspection data. It is expected that as early as the 13th, an investigation committee composed of external lawyers will be established, and this committee plans to uncover the full scope of the issue by the end of August. On March 3 this year, Japanese major electric motor manufacturer Nidec announced the release of an investigative report by a third-party committee regarding its accounting fraud. The report shows that Nidec was involved in large-scale accounting fraud totaling about 250 billion yen, approximately 11 billion RMB. The report believes that the root of the accounting fraud lies in founder Shigenobu Nagamori's demand for performance targets beyond actual capabilities, while both internal and external audit mechanisms failed to correct the fraudulent behavior. It is reported that Nidec was founded in 1973 and has more than 100,000 employees.```
