Golden Ten Data reported on May 14 that Hon Hai executive Chiang Chi-heng stated during the earnings conference call that demand related to AI servers will continue to support its growth trajectory. He also said that at the same time, advances in edge AI are injecting new vitality into consumer electronics products, which have long been considered a mature market. Chiang Chi-heng acknowledged that rising memory costs are creating pressure, which is impacting global demand for consumer electronics products, but he noted that higher-end models for Foxconn's clients may be less affected.
