ChainCatcher reports that Kelp announced on X that the rsETH protocol has fully resumed normal operations, with all related features now relaunched on mainnet and all Layer2 networks, and the overall system status restored to normal. The rsETH exchange rate has been updated to include all staking rewards accumulated during the pause. At the same time, EIGEN rewards are now open for distribution to rsETH holders, covering the entire pause period. Additionally, the protocol's deposit and withdrawal functions have been reopened on mainnet and Layer2 networks, fully restoring rsETH asset backing status to 100%. The official statement emphasizes that rsETH now has full backing on both mainnet and L2 networks, with all operational processes back to normal.
