Crypto trading platform Ouinex completes $3.5 million funding, bringing total financing to $9 million
ChainCatcher news, according to Forbes, the crypto trading platform Ouinex announced the completion of a $3.5 million funding round, bringing its total financing to $9 million. It is reported that all investors in this round are retail and professional traders from the platform, with no venture capital institutions involved. The new funds will be used to build a "No-CLOB" (non-centralized order book) model, aiming to prevent and protect retail traders from directly competing with large market makers. The platform reportedly adopts a quotation mechanism similar to that used by forex and CFD brokers, where market makers provide bid and ask quotes, but cannot view user orders or trade with users directly.
