Tether acquires all shares held by SoftBank in Twenty One Capital (XXI)
ChainCatcher News, according to an official announcement on the Tether website, Tether International has announced the acquisition of all shares held by SoftBank in Twenty One Capital (XXI), becoming the majority shareholder. After the transaction is completed, the XXI board members appointed by SoftBank have left the board in accordance with the shareholder agreement.
