Jinse Finance reported that Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin treasury company Nakamoto has announced a 1-for-40 reverse stock split to meet Nasdaq's minimum continued listing price requirement. The proposal has been approved by the shareholders' meeting. After the split, the number of outstanding shares will decrease from approximately 696.1 million to around 17.4 million, while the par value and total authorized share capital will remain unchanged. The split will take effect at 12:01 a.m. ET on May 22, 2026. Post-adjustment, the stock will continue to trade at the split-adjusted price when the market opens that day, under the trading symbol NAKA.
