During the term of the agreement, NEBIUS will pay a monthly service fee, totaling up to 2.6 billion USD, to purchase capacity and electricity for power systems. The provided electricity capacity is expected to go online in three phases, with guaranteed capacity of about 250 megawatts and a system installed capacity of about 328 megawatts. Bloom Energy will be responsible for installing, operating, and maintaining the power systems.```
