SlowMist Cosine: The issue with the Squid security incident is not with the private key; there is a vulnerability in the Safe Wallet as shown in the diagram module.
BlockBeats News, May 26th — SlowMist founder Cai Xian posted on social media to provide an analysis of the Squid security incident. He mentioned that upon sampling, it was discovered that all related Safe wallets were using single signatures, and each had a different owner. However, the issue was not with the private keys but with a vulnerability in the module used by these Safe addresses, known as the SquidRouterModule. This vulnerability allowed attackers to forge messages, easily bypass the necessary validation, and proceed with subsequent exchange operations to transfer funds from the target Safe wallets. Additionally, Cai Xian disclosed information about addresses where the attackers have deposited their gains.
