ChainCatcher news, according to Cryptopolitan, the Council of Ministers and National Bank of Belarus have passed a resolution to include cryptocurrencies (including Bitcoin) in the list of eligible underlying assets for non-deliverable over-the-counter financial instruments. This resolution comes into effect today.
