Foresight News reported, according to CNA, that France's top market regulatory authority has warned cryptocurrency companies that if they do not obtain an EU operating license by the end of June, they may be blacklisted and prosecuted.

According to the EU cryptocurrency regulatory statute (MiCA), cryptocurrency companies must obtain a license by June 30 in order to continue operating in the EU. European regulators have previously warned that companies without a license need to formulate an "orderly exit plan".
