Palo Alto Networks exceeds expectations in Q3 performance and raises full-year guidance

Glonghui June 3rd|Cybersecurity company Palo Alto Networks announced its third quarter results, with revenue rising 31% year-on-year to $3 billion, exceeding the market expectation of $2.94 billion. Adjusted earnings per share came in at $0.85, beating the market forecast of $0.8. Next-Generation Security annual recurring revenue (ARR) soared 60% year-on-year to $8.1 billion, including about $1.6 billion contributed by the recent acquisitions of CyberArk and Chronosphere. Remaining performance obligations (RPO) grew 36% year-on-year to $18.4 billion. Based on its strong quarterly performance, the company significantly raised its full-year guidance for fiscal year 2026, now expecting revenue to range from $11.415 billion to $11.425 billion and adjusted earnings per share to range from $3.77 to $3.79, compared to market expectations of $11.29 billion and $3.68 per share, respectively.
