SOLAI has completed the acquisition of a 51% stake in NEURALAND, expanding into the market for personal artificial intelligence computing infrastructure.
Foresight News reported that the New York Stock Exchange-listed crypto mining company SOLAI (formerly BIT Mining) has announced the completion of its acquisition of a 51% stake in the Singaporean company NEURALAND. NEURALAND focuses on the design and manufacturing of personal artificial intelligence nodes, covering independently developed hardware and software solutions.
To complete this acquisition, SOLAI issued a total of approximately 1.162 billion new Class A ordinary shares to the seller, AIPICO Global Limited, at a value of $0.0079 per share, with the total transaction consideration amounting to about $9.18 million. SOLAI stated that, leveraging its existing experience in large-scale hardware deployment, data center operations, and high-performance computing, the company will further expand into the personal artificial intelligence computing infrastructure market through this acquisition.
