HIVE Digital subsidiary BUZZ HPC secures $220 million GPU cloud contract
Foresight News reports that Bitcoin mining firm HIVE Digital announced its wholly owned subsidiary BUZZ HPC has reached a sovereign AI infrastructure partnership with Bell Canada and Cohere. The company disclosed the signing of a three-year GPU cloud contract with a total value of up to $220 million. In addition, it has purchased a GB200 NVL72 rack-level system consisting of 2,304 NVIDIA Grace Blackwell GPUs. This AI cluster will provide computing power support for Cohere's foundational models and enterprise AI applications.
