⑴ After adjusting for directionality, the slope of the yield curve between the 5-year and 10-year Dutch government bonds shows signs of flattening. ⑵ Regression analysis based on the constant-maturity 3-month yield indicates that the 10-year Dutch government bond is priced about 4.3 basis points higher than the beta-adjusted 5-year bond, which is equivalent to 2.5 standard deviations.
