Tesla sued after a Model 3 crashes into a house, resulting in the death of a woman

Previously, a Model 3 car reportedly using driver-assistance software crashed into her home near Houston, USA, resulting in her tragic death. The lawsuit alleges that Tesla's autonomous driving technology failed to detect the end of the road and did not brake in time before colliding with the brick-built house; the lawsuit also accuses the company of false advertising. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has announced a special crash investigation into the incident. Tesla has previously faced more than a dozen lawsuits attributing fatal accidents to defects in its technology.
