The yield on 2-year UK government bonds fell by 3.7 basis points to 4.129%. The yield on 30-year UK government bonds fell by 7.9 basis points, while the yield on 50-year UK government bonds dropped by 7.1 basis points. The yield spread between 2-year and 10-year UK government bonds narrowed by 3.524 basis points to +55.196 basis points.
