SpaceX's $25 billion bond issuance weakens, with long-term bonds leading the decline

Investors showed a preference for shorter-term bonds during the company's inaugural bond issuance. According to Trace data, as of 10:25 a.m. Wednesday in New York, SpaceX's 30-year bonds offered a yield 188 basis points above comparable U.S. Treasury yields, with the final pricing set at a 175 basis point spread. The price of the shortest 5-year bonds remained stable.
