Upexi signs securities purchase agreement to raise approximately $19.5 million, continues to increase its SOL asset strategic reserves
According to ChainCatcher, Nasdaq-listed Solana treasury company Upexi announced that it has signed a securities purchase agreement and will sell approximately 12.2423 million shares of common stock (or equivalent prepaid warrants) through a private placement at an issue price of about $1.60 per share, raising a total of $19.5 million. The new funds will be used to repay existing debt and to continue increasing the company's strategic reserve of SOL assets.
