USDC privacy feature is now live on Starknet

ChainCatcher reports that USDC has announced on platform X that USDC privacy features are now live on Starknet, implemented via STRK20—a privacy feature for ERC-20 tokens on Starknet with built-in compliance capabilities. Users can shield, send, and unshield USDC while keeping balances, amounts, and counterparties private on the public ledger. USDC remains a US dollar-pegged stablecoin, and the new privacy features are applicable to payments, cash flow, payroll, and on-chain financial activities on Starknet.
