The analyst stated that this online travel company is upgrading its operational practices to comply with updated industry standards and regulatory frameworks, which could be a factor for recent revenue pressure. As industry standards evolve, such upgrades may become the norm in the long term. Due to the reduction of value-added services, Trip.com Group's domestic air and ground transportation revenue for the quarter ending in June is expected to decrease by 25% year-over-year. Morningstar has lowered Trip.com Group ADR’s fair value estimate from $70.00 to $63.00.
