According to Coindesk, the Anti-Human Trafficking Alliance is urging lawmakers to revisit Section 604 of the Clarity Act, arguing that this provision makes it difficult to hold crypto platform developers accountable. Katie Boller Gosewisch, Executive Director of the Anti-Human Trafficking Alliance, stated that if software developed by third-party platform developers is used to facilitate payments related to human trafficking, this clause allows developers to receive liability exemptions.
