ZachXBT responds to controversy over selling meme tokens: all proceeds have been donated to Venezuela earthquake relief efforts
Foresight News reported that on-chain detective ZachXBT responded to the incident where "a community user accused him of profiting about 10 thousand US dollars by selling meme tokens from a fan airdrop to his wallet, causing the relevant token price to drop." He stated that he had previously made it clear to “not create tokens,” and after receiving the relevant tokens, he sold all of them and donated all proceeds via The Giving Block to Direct Relief for earthquake disaster relief efforts in Venezuela. He also published on-chain transaction and donation records as proof.
