According to Odaily, market sources report that several financial and crypto institutions, including Visa, Stripe, Mastercard, BlackRock, and a certain exchange, are planning to jointly launch a new stablecoin called “OUSD.” The stablecoin project is expected to adopt a multi-party collaboration model, with a revenue-sharing mechanism among the participating institutions. However, the specific structure, issuance timeline, and regulatory arrangements have not yet been publicly disclosed.

If confirmed, this news would mark a further deep integration between traditional payment giants and Wall Street asset management institutions in the stablecoin sector. As of now, the parties involved have yet to officially comment on the reports.
