Three core members of the Hyperliquid ecosystem perpetual contract team, Ventuals, have joined Phantom.
Foresight News reported that Alvin Hsia, Emily Hsia, and Aris Samad, team members of the Hyperliquid ecosystem perpetual contract platform Ventuals, have officially joined the crypto wallet Phantom and started work this week, respectively joining its trading and data teams. The three previously co-created the trading product Ventuals built on Hyperliquid, with annualized trading volume exceeding 1 billion US dollars. Their backgrounds span institutions such as Airbnb, Brex, and Paradigm.
Phantom stated that over the past year, it has become the largest distribution partner within the Hyperliquid ecosystem. The perpetual contract business is currently a key focus, and the introduction of leading builders in this field aims to accelerate its "open market" strategy.
According to an earlier Foresight News report, Ventuals announced its shutdown in mid-June, stating that the team would join another group.
