- Revenue fell 43% to USD 5.82 million on lower production-services activity; direct operating costs dropped 35% to USD 4.63 million.
- Other income rose to USD 31.11 million, driven by USD 39.24 million of Section 16(b) legal settlement income, partly offset by a USD 4 million standstill loss.
- Cash rose to USD 7.7 million, while available-for-sale marketable securities climbed to USD 32.8 million following investment of settlement proceeds.
- Frederator Networks was sold on July 8 for a USD 500,000 base price; the company expects about a USD 300,000 disposal loss.
