Computer Engineer Explains Why His Main XRP Price Target Is $125
XRP could reach a price far above the levels many market participants currently expect, according to computer engineer CharuSan XRP, who has reiterated a personal target of $125 for the digital asset.
The prediction stands well above the more common short-term forecasts circulating across the XRP market, reflecting his view of how digital commodities could be valued during a future bull market.
In a post on X, CharuSan XRP said his main XRP price target remains $125, adding that reaching that level would make him “completely financially free.” He clarified that his target is a digital commodity price and stressed that the prediction represents his personal opinion rather than investment advice.
CharuSan XRP also explained why he has set his target considerably higher than $10 or $15. He said that if those were his preferred targets, he would instead consider DOGE or other digital assets because they could potentially deliver larger percentage gains from their current prices.
DOGE Comparison Highlights His Approach
The computer engineer also discussed DOGE, noting that he considers it a commodity and suggesting that it could eventually reach $1 or $2. However, he acknowledged that he cannot know whether such prices would remain sustainable.
His comparison focuses on percentage gains rather than simply the numerical price of an asset. He suggested that investors looking for substantial returns could find opportunities across multiple digital assets during a bull market.
CharuSan XRP further stated that the market is currently in a bear phase. In his view, many cryptocurrencies could eventually record 15x to 20x gains during a bull market. His $125 XRP target therefore reflects an expectation of a much larger move over a longer period rather than a near-term price prediction.
Community Members Offer Different Targets
The comments under the post showed that other XRP holders have established significantly different targets. Pointio compared the potential returns of XRP reaching $10 with DOGE reaching $1, calculating that DOGE would produce a larger percentage gain from the prices used in the comparison.
CharuSan XRP’s $125 prediction remains a personal market outlook, and he explicitly stated that it should not be considered investment advice. The target ultimately depends on future market conditions, adoption, liquidity, and the role XRP could play within the digital asset economy.
