- Ritter previously served as executive vice president, chief information security officer at WorldPay; earlier chief enterprise security officer at First Financial Bank.
- Sulerzyski previously served as president, CEO of Peoples Bancorp; earlier president for the Great Lakes region at KeyBank.
- Ritter will serve on the enterprise risk management committee, operations and cyber security committee.
- Sulerzyski will serve on the enterprise risk management committee, wealth committee.
