- MP 1.376: up to R$ 100 billion eligible agribusiness pool; bank targets about R$ 30 billion at controlled rates, starting with R$ 36 billion past-due.
- Management expects MP-driven stage migration, partial provision reversals, renewed interest accrual; each R$ 1 billion renegotiated could add R$ 150-200 million.
- Credit card NPL 90+ days jumped to 14.6% after automatic invoice installment plans for lower-income customers; product tightened to require upfront payments.
