- Deal carves out India contract logistics from Singapore-headquartered 20Cube Logistics, which will retain its international freight-forwarding business.
- 20Cube operates more than 7 million square feet of warehousing in India, targeting over 20 million square feet within four to five years.
- Investcorp plans a further INR 500-750 crore of acquisitions with 20Cube to build a pan-India contract logistics platform.
