Arctic Minerals held extraordinary shareholder meeting in Stockholm
Reuters2026/08/21 11:01- Arctic Minerals held an extraordinary general meeting on Aug. 21, 2026.
- Shareholders adopted the POP 2026 long-term incentive programme for up to four key individuals, allocating up to 3 million performance options.
- Each vested option can be exercised for one new share at SEK 7.48, exercisable until March 31, 2030, subject to performance-based vesting.
- The meeting also authorized issuance and transfer of up to 3.75 million warrants (2026/2030) to deliver shares under POP 2026.
- Maximum dilution was set at about 5.2%, rising to about 6.4% including warrants intended to hedge social security contributions.
