Foresight News reported that London-listed technology company The Smarter Web Company has allotted 225,000 ordinary shares according to the subscription agreement terms. The total proceeds from this allocation amount to £76,306 (before fees), which is approximately £0.34 per share. The company will receive around 98.25% of the funds as settlement. The remaining balance of ordinary shares yet to be allotted under the subscription agreement is 43,924,230 shares.
