Parsons Wins $514 Million Contract Option From DoD's Missile Defense Agency

07:01 AM EDT, 08/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Parsons (PSN) said Monday it has received a $514 million contract option from the United States Department of Defense's Missile Defense Agency to provide engineering and technical support. The two-year contract option builds on the existing Technical, Engineering, Advisory, and Management Support - Next Missile Defense System Engineering contract from the Missile Defense Agency, which was originally awarded in 2021, the company said. Under the option, Parsons will provide engineering, technical, analytical, study, evaluation and oversight support for the US integrated Missile Defense System, including programs addressing ballistic missile and hypersonic threats, it said. Shares of the company were up 2.1% in Monday's premarket activity.
