Martin Marietta Materials Finalizes Combination With Lhoist North America

07:20 AM EDT, 08/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Martin Marietta Materials (MLM) said Monday it completed its previously announced combination with Lhoist North America last week, expanding its Specialties platform and strengthening its limestone portfolio. The company will update its 2026 revenue and adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization guidance when it releases its Q3 results, it added. In June, Martin Marietta said the deal was valued at $13.5 billion in cash and shares.
