Argentina Metals Appoints Roger Clegg as CEO

07:58 AM EDT, 08/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Argentina Metals (VLLC.V) appointed Roger Clegg as its chief executive officer while director Raymond D. Harari became the company's president, it said Monday. Before joining Argentina Metals, Clegg was head of natural resources at Imara Corporate Finance, said the company. He has also served as chief operating officer of Ambrian plc, it added. "There is considerable work underway, and Roger's leadership, combined with his technical expertise and corporate finance experience, will be an important addition as we execute our plans," said Titus Gebel, board chairman.
