Pacific Empire Minerals Starts 2026 Diamond Drill Program at Trident and Pinnacle

08:21 AM EDT, 08/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Pacific Empire Minerals (PEMC.V) on Monday said diamond drilling at its flagship Trident copper-gold porphyry project is underway, with drilling also planned at its Pinnacle project, located immediately to the west of Trident, in north-central British Columbia. Drilling at the Trident Main Zone will be followed by the drill rig being moved to the eastern portion of the Trident property. The company said interpretation of the expanded IP dataset identified a significantly larger area of anomalous chargeability, which it has prioritized as the next drill target at Trident. Completion of drilling at the Trident Main Zone and Trident East IP target will be followed by moving the diamond drilling to its Pinnacle property, where it will test targets identified from the June 2026 airborne magnetic survey, as well as the Pinnacle South target, it said. Shares of the company closed unchanged at C$0.065 on Friday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
