Erasca's ERAS-0015 Gets FDA Fast Track Designation for Metastatic Pancreatic Cancer

08:45 AM EDT, 08/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Erasca (ERAS) said Monday that ERAS-0015 for the treatment of patients with metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma has been granted Fast Track designation by the US Food and Drug Administration. The designation will help the company work closely with the FDA on a planned phase 3 trial in pancreatic cancer alongside two additional potentially pivotal trials in lung cancer, according to co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Jonathan Lim. Lim further said that additional phase 1 monotherapy and combination data is expected to be published in the first half of 2027. Shares of the oncology company were up 4.7% in Monday premarket trading.
