Alithya Buys Certain Assets of Project Technologies

08:55 AM EDT, 08/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Alithya Group (ALYA.TO) acquired certain assets of Project Technologies Group (PTG), it said in a statement on Monday. The company also added PTG team members to the company and noted that the team brings more than 40 years of Primavera solutions experience as a "dedicated" Oracle Primavera Cloud partner. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Shares of the company closed down 1.9% to C$1.06 on Friday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
