Booz Allen Hamilton Closes $720 Million Ultra I&C Mission Solutions Acquisition

09:07 AM EDT, 08/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH) completed its previously announced $720 million acquisition of Ultra I&C's Mission Solutions business, the company said Monday. Mission Solutions' defense software, encryption and edge-computing products will complement Booz Allen's artificial intelligence-driven battle management, communications and edge infrastructure capabilities, the company said. Booz Allen said the acquisition is expected to expand product delivery, global reach and technology capabilities for US and allied customers.
