Capricor Therapeutics Says FDA Target Action Date for Deramiocel Extended by Three Months

10:00 AM EDT, 08/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Capricor Therapeutics (CAPR) said Monday the Food and Drug Administration has extended the target action date on its biologics license application for Deramiocel as a treatment for Duchenne muscular dystrophy to Nov. 22 from Aug. 22. The extension is for the FDA's review of a major amendment to the application, which the company submitted to include additional data from a phase 3 study, Capricor said.
