Nvidia Poised to Report Fiscal Q2 Beat, Wedbush Says

11:42 AM EDT, 08/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nvidia (NVDA) is set to beat its fiscal Q2 guidance and provide a stronger-than-expected outlook for October, Wedbush Securities said in a note Monday. The company is scheduled to report the results on Wednesday. Fiscal Q2 guidance was $91 billion in revenue and about 75% gross margin, implying earnings per share of about $2.03, according to the note. Wedbush forecasts $91 billion in revenue and $2.05 EPS, compared with consensus of $92 billion and $2.09. The key question is whether another strong earnings result will earn a reaction, the firm said, noting that Nvidia has beaten expectations in each of the past three quarters, but the stock is roughly unchanged from October last year. The firm said the company's stronger outlook should be supported by solid hyperscaler spending and "a supply position we continue to view as the best in the industry at a point where component and material access, not end demand, is defining shipments."
