Ancora Reaffirms Acquisition Proposal for H.B. Fuller's BAS Segment

Fuller (FUL) shareholder Ancora said Monday it reaffirmed its proposal to buy the company's Building Adhesive Solutions, or BAS segment following the board's rejection of the offer. Earlier today, H.B. Fuller said it rejected Ancora's unsolicited offer for the business, saying the proposal "significantly undervalues" the unit. Ancora said it will not hesitate to seek all available legal remedies, if the company's decisions affect shareholders. H.B.
