PagSeguro Digital Chairman Luis Frias Steps Down

02:37 PM EDT, 08/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- PagSeguro Digital (PAGS) Founder and Chairman Luis Frias has stepped down from the company's board of directors, the company said in a 6-K filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission late Friday. The board has appointed existing director Maria Judith de Brito as chairman, according to the company. PagSeguro Digital further said that Frias will continue as the company's indirect controlling shareholder. Shares of the company were up 1.6% in Monday trading.
