04:58 PM EDT, 08/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Real Brokerage (REAX) and RE/MAX Holdings (RMAX) have completed their business combination to form Real REMAX, the combined company said Monday. Real Brokerage's common shares and RE/MAX's class A common stock stopped trading on Nasdaq and the New York Stock Exchange, respectively, on Monday. Starting Tuesday, Real REMAX Group's common stock will begin trading on Nasdaq under the symbol "REAX."
