Aggreko Files for Proposed US IPO

05:08 PM EDT, 08/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Aggreko filed a registration statement on Form F-1 with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its ordinary shares. The timing, number of shares and price range for the offering have not yet been determined, and the IPO remains subject to market conditions, the UK-based company said Monday in a statement. Aggreko, which makes temperature-control equipment, plans to list the shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker AGKO.
