Badger Infrastructure Solutions Renews Share Buyback Program

05:14 PM EDT, 08/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Badger Infrastructure Solutions (BDGI.TO) after trade Monday said the Toronto Stock Exchange accepted its notice to conduct a share buyback program. The company may buy back up to 2.96-million shares from Aug. 27, for one year. Under its current normal course issuer bid, which expires tomorrow, Badger purchased 65,162 shares out of an allowed 2.91-million shares Badger shares closed down C$0.91 to C$83.67 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
